Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, courses, subscriptions, and digital products offered by Smart Edge Coaching through our website and mobile application.

1. Course Fees

All course fees paid for classroom training, online courses, typing practice programs, or digital learning materials are generally non-refundable.

Once admission is confirmed or digital access is granted, fees cannot be refunded except under special circumstances approved by management.

2. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

• Subscriptions are billed as per selected plan (monthly/yearly).
• Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
• No refund will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

3. App Purchases / In-App Purchases

For purchases made through Google Play Store:

• Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies.
• Users must request refunds directly through Google Play if applicable.

4. Technical Issues

If payment is deducted but service is not activated due to technical error, users must contact us within 7 days with transaction details. Verified issues will be resolved or refunded appropriately.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other genuine reasons may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such refunds is solely at the discretion of Smart Edge Coaching management.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel enrollment or subscription at any time; however:

• No refund will be issued for completed sessions.
• No refund for digital materials already accessed or downloaded.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
